I apologize for my low rating on shipping costs. I refuse to scrimp on packaging. My theory on shipping is that eBay underprices packaging and shipping and overpromises delivery. I would prefer to properly package an item for safe arrival, even if the shipping costs a few cents more. If you think the shipping cost is too high, then you probably don’t need the item. BB
